Use the reseller area's Wallet page to add funds and verify the balance available for domain purchases. The current interface explains whether your account uses WHMCS credit directly or a separate reseller balance.

01 Add funds
- Sign in to your client area and open the reseller workspace.
- Open Wallet and read the explanation beside your balance.
- Select Add funds.
- Enter the amount in the displayed currency and choose one of the currently offered payment methods.
- Select Continue to payment and complete the invoice or payment flow.
- Return to Wallet and confirm the credited purchase balance and statement entry.
Use the amount limits and payment instructions currently shown. Do not transfer money to bank details copied from an old article or assume a payment gateway is always available. A payment attempt or an unpaid invoice does not establish that funds were credited.
02 Understand the two funding modes
In direct account-credit mode, domain reseller purchases use your credit balance. In separate-wallet mode, they use the displayed reseller credit instead. The interface can show both balances so you can see where existing funds are held.
When available, Move from credit balance transfers an authorised amount into reseller credit. Move reseller credit back moves eligible funds in the opposite direction. These actions move existing funds; they do not create extra credit or duplicate a payment.
03 Verify before retrying an order
Check that the purchase balance covers the current quoted operation and any other committed work. Return to the original order and inspect its state before retrying. If a provider request is still pending or uncertain, topping up does not make a second submission safe.
For API orders, preserve the original business reference and idempotency key according to the retry guide.
What should I do if a reseller top-up payment is missing?
Check the invoice's final status, payment reference and currency. Review the wallet statement for a matching credit or transfer. Allow the actual payment method's confirmation process to complete.
If the invoice is paid but the expected balance is absent, contact billing support with the invoice number, transaction reference, amount, currency and time. Do not send card details, banking passwords or API credentials. Avoid paying the same invoice repeatedly while it is being investigated.
