Webmail lets you read and send mailbox messages in a browser without configuring a desktop client. Use the service’s verified HTTPS link and the mailbox’s own credentials, not the SiteWorx administrator password.

What you need before you begin
Confirm the mailbox exists and you know its complete address. Use a trusted device and check the hostname and certificate of the login page before entering a password. Bookmark the verified service URL for future visits.
01 Open SiteWorx webmail securely
- In SiteWorx, open Hosting Features > Email > Webmail. Allow the new tab if your browser blocks it.
- Enter the full mailbox address, such as
[email protected], and its mailbox password. - Choose a webmail application actually offered by the installed service. Do not rely on old instructions naming an application that is no longer available.
- Sign in and review the inbox, spam and other folders. Send a test message to an external address and reply to confirm both directions of delivery.
- Sign out when finished, especially on a shared computer. Avoid saving credentials in an untrusted browser profile.
Confirm the expected result
The displayed mailbox identity and sender address should match the account you intended to open. A working panel login alone does not prove the mailbox password is correct.
What if SiteWorx webmail reports a login or certificate problem?
If login fails, reset the mailbox password through Mailboxes and retry with the full address. If the browser reports a certificate mismatch, use the verified server hostname or ask support for the correct URL rather than bypassing the warning. Missing mail requires checking folders, quotas and delivery settings separately.
