After activation, verify your reseller offer, funding and account access before accepting automated customer orders. You can begin in the reseller portal, then install the current connector for your own billing platform when needed.

01 Review the reseller workspace
- Sign in to our client area and open the domain reseller area.
- Check your account identity and company details.
- Open Pricing and confirm the TLDs, periods and operations available to your account.
- Open Wallet and read which balance funds reseller purchases.
- Review Orders and Domains so you know where to follow a pending transaction.
02 Prepare funding
Use Add funds and the payment methods currently offered. Depending on the configured funding mode, purchases can use your WHMCS credit balance directly or a separate reseller balance. Do not assume two displayed balances are duplicates or automatically interchangeable.
Confirm the final purchase balance after payment or an explicit balance transfer. An unpaid top-up invoice is not available credit.
03 Connect your billing platform
Download the current release for your platform from Module downloads. For WHMCS, install the registrar connector and configure the API URL, credential Username/email and API key. HostBill, Blesta and FOSSBilling have their own installation and credential guides.
Use API Access or the advanced API-client workflow required by that connector. Save a new secret when it is shown and restrict it to the integration's intended capabilities and outgoing network addresses.
04 Set retail prices and test
Authentication does not establish retail TLD prices. Assign the intended registrar and review currencies, terms and margins in your billing platform. For the supplied WHMCS connector, use the exact catalogue preview when you need independently priced yearly terms.
Test availability, an owned-domain read and a controlled registration, transfer and renewal as appropriate. Keep scheduled synchronization running. A queued upstream order must not be marked complete until the provider confirms it.
What should I monitor after my reseller account goes live?
Record who monitors low balance, failed operations and upcoming renewals. Give support the relevant domain, order and request references when an issue occurs. Keep credentials, EPP codes and customer identity documents out of routine logs.
If you do not use a billing platform, the portal remains a supported starting point. Use the current v2 API only when your application is ready to handle its complete order workflow.
