Your reseller area's current Pricing catalogue shows the domain extensions and terms available to your account. Use that live offer rather than relying on an old fixed count of extensions.

01 Review the complete offer
- Sign in to the reseller workspace and open Pricing.
- Find the required extension and check its registration, transfer and renewal terms separately.
- Review the offered periods and currency.
- Check features such as DNS Management, Email Forwarding, ID Protection and EPP support where shown.
- Confirm any registry-specific eligibility or documentation before advertising the extension to a customer.
Availability can differ by reseller group or published tier. An extension appearing in your own WHMCS list does not prove that your upstream reseller account with us currently offers it.
02 Check the actual name
A TLD being offered does not mean every name under it is available. Use the current domain search or availability API. Reserved and premium names can have different conditions, and a quoted first-year price may differ from renewal.
Restricted extensions such as .edu.ng and .gov.ng require the relevant eligibility and review process. An available spelling does not waive those rules.
03 Keep downstream pricing aligned
If you use a connector, assign only the TLDs you intend to sell and import or configure their retail prices. Review the exact yearly price matrix when available rather than multiplying a one-year price into unsupported terms.
When the catalogue changes, inspect affected registration, transfer and renewal pricing, currencies and feature flags. Existing invoices and customer renewal charges may need a separate review.
04 Use the API catalogue
A custom integration can read GET /v2/tlds, the specific TLD resource and its pricing route with the permitted catalogue and pricing scopes. Use the live OpenAPI contract for fields and response structure.
For a restricted operation, read the domain requirement contract before submitting the paid request. Keep quote and operation references with the customer order.
Why is a domain extension missing from my reseller offer?
Ask support whether the extension is unavailable, excluded from your offer or requires a different workflow. Do not send an order through an unrelated registrar module or substitute another extension without the customer's agreement.
Also confirm that you checked the complete current catalogue under the intended reseller account. A stale downstream price import or a first-page-only API listing can make an offered extension appear absent locally.
