A PayPal automatic payment lets a merchant charge according to an agreement you approve. Use the option on the actual Nabtech invoice or checkout when it is available. Some invoices offer only a one-time payment, and an old screenshot cannot establish the options for your current gateway.

01 Review before approving
- Open the invoice in the authenticated client area and check the service, amount, currency and billing period.
- Check whether an automatic payment for that service already exists in PayPal. Avoid creating a second agreement for the same renewal.
- Choose the available recurring or automatic-payment option and sign in on PayPal's official checkout.
- Read the merchant name, payment schedule, initial amount and future-payment terms. Review the selected funding method and any currency conversion.
- Approve only if those details match the intended service. Return to us and verify the invoice status.
02 Confirm both records
Keep the payment receipt and review the agreement in PayPal's automatic-payments section. Check the next Nabtech due date separately. An external payment agreement and a hosting service record are connected billing mechanisms, but they are not the same record.
What should I do if PayPal automatic payment is not offered?
Use another method displayed on the invoice or ask billing support which arrangement is available. Do not send money to a historical PayPal email or create an unrelated subscription manually.
If you later change or cancel the service, review its payment agreement as part of the change. Cancelling the PayPal authority does not itself submit a Nabtech service-cancellation request, and cancelling a service should be followed by checking that no obsolete external agreement remains active.
