A consistent customer control panel helps your reseller service feel coherent: recognizable branding, working support links and clear public contact details. WHM provides supported cPanel customization controls without requiring you to modify the panel source files.

What you need before you begin
Confirm your reseller permissions include Customization. Prepare authorized logo assets, a browser icon, readable brand colours and HTTPS support destinations. Keep separate light-background and dark-background logo variants where needed.
01 Brand your reseller customers’ cPanel experience
- Open cPanel > Customization in WHM. In Logos, upload the supported SVG assets and enter a useful logo description for accessibility.
- In Colors, choose a main-menu background with enough contrast for the navigation. Save and preview it before applying further changes.
- In Favicon, upload the supported ICO asset. Check that the icon remains recognizable at a small browser-tab size.
- In Links, set the documentation and help destinations to pages your customers can access. In Public Contact, set the appropriate company name and contact URL for placeholder pages.
- Open a representative customer cPanel and test the appearance and every support link. Repeat on a narrow screen and check both logo variants if the theme supports different appearances.
How do I check what reseller customers see after branding?
Confirm the settings are visible for the accounts you own. This interface customizes cPanel; it does not automatically rebrand WHM, billing emails, our client area or every login page. Keep those separate systems consistent through their supported configuration.
Troubleshoot unexpected results
If an image fails, check its actual file format and sanitize your source asset before upload. If the page looks unreadable, restore the colour defaults and retest. Avoid editing installed vendor theme files, which can be overwritten by updates. Missing customization controls should be checked against reseller permissions.
