To keep the website you created during a trial, continue the existing service by paying its associated hosting invoice. Open that service in your client area and review its actual end date, invoice and continuation instructions before the trial expires. There is no need to place a duplicate order for the same website.

01 Continue the same hosting service
Do not assume that the trial continues indefinitely if you take no action. An unpaid trial can be suspended when it expires, which can make its website and management features unavailable. The exact state of your service, payment processing and any account review must be checked from the actual client-area record. A pending payment and a confirmed paid invoice are different states.
Before the deadline, decide whether you want to keep the selected package, ask about a different package or end the trial. If you want to continue, confirm the amount, billing cycle and payment method and follow the instructions provided. If payment succeeds but the service remains unavailable, contact us with the service and invoice references so we can investigate the transition. Do not keep placing new orders to try to reactivate the same website.
02 End the trial and save the work you need
If you do not want to continue, use the available cancellation process or ask our team to confirm what action is needed for your order. Download or export any content you want to keep while you still have access. A trial is not a promise of permanent storage, a fixed post-expiry recovery window or automatic retention of every file and backup.
03 Check unclear dates or invoice states
Your client area shows the trial and payment details for your service. If the end date, invoice status or continuation instructions are unclear, ask our team to confirm them before the deadline.
04 Example: continue the website you built during a trial
You have used six days of your hosting trial and want to keep the website already created. Continue that existing service so its website and billing stay connected.
- Open the trial service in your client area and review its actual end date.
- Open the invoice associated with that service. Check the selected package, billing cycle and payable total.
- Complete payment through an available method and wait for the invoice to show Paid.
- Return to the same service and test its management page and website address.
Expected result: the existing service continues with the expected paid status. If payment is confirmed but access remains unavailable, give support the service and invoice references instead of ordering a second hosting account.
How do I continue hosting after the trial ends?
- Open the trial service in your client area and locate its associated invoice and actual due date.
- Choose an available payment method and finish the payment process. Check that the invoice is Paid, rather than relying only on a bank or gateway notification.
- Return to the same service and confirm its current status and website access. If a suspended service does not reactivate as expected, send us the invoice and service references.
An expired unpaid trial can be suspended. The account record determines the actual state, and expiry does not establish an immediate deletion policy or a guaranteed data-retention period. Save necessary work before access ends and use the cancellation process when you do not intend to continue.
