Checking hosting prices, billing cycles and renewal charges

Check the live product page and your selected order for current prices. Our Web Hosting and NabWP pages offer different packages and billing options, and the amount displayed can depend on the chosen currency, billing cycle and promotion. Use the actual order or invoice amount when making a payment decision instead of relying on an older example or an unofficial currency conversion.

01 Compare the actual total and the renewal terms

Separate the introductory price from the amount needed to keep the service later. Our published terms provide for automatic renewal at the prevailing non-promotional rate unless the service is cancelled before renewal. Review your account's renewal date and payment settings so you understand the upcoming obligation. A discount on an initial order should not be assumed to apply to every future invoice.

When comparing packages, make sure the periods are the same. A yearly total and a monthly price represent different commitments. Check whether the amount includes the items you actually want, and inspect any taxes, domain registration, paid software or additional services appearing at checkout. A hosting plan's advertised price is not evidence that every optional item is included.

02 Check an existing invoice or request a quotation

Existing customers should open the relevant service and its invoices in the client area. If a charge looks unfamiliar, identify the service, invoice reference, billing period and item description before contacting us. This helps us explain whether it concerns a renewal, upgrade, separate addon or another service.

For a quotation, tell us which product you want, your preferred billing cycle and your account currency. We can then direct you to the appropriate current offer. For the amount payable now, an applicable promotion or confirmation of payment, use your current order and invoice records. Contact our billing team if the displayed details need clarification.

03 Example: compare two billing cycles fairly

You are deciding between monthly and annual billing for the same package. Build a small comparison from the live order details, using the same account currency for both options.

Record What to copy
First payment The actual checkout total for that cycle.
Covered period The full period paid for by that total.
Renewal The later amount and renewal date shown for the offer.
Other items Domains, addons, tax or setup charges listed separately.

For a monthly equivalent, divide an annual hosting total by twelve only when comparing the same included items. Keep the full annual amount in your cash-flow plan.

Expected result: you understand both the amount due now and the later obligation before selecting a cycle.

What should I verify on the hosting invoice before paying?

  1. Match the invoice to the intended service, domain and billing period.
  2. Review each line for hosting, addons, domain registration, tax or a one-time adjustment. Check the currency shown on that invoice.
  3. If the total differs from an advertisement, compare the introductory offer and selected cycle with the order terms before making another purchase.

Your WHMCS account balance, an unpaid invoice and an AI credit balance represent different things. Adding funds does not by itself buy an AI credit pack, renew every service or settle an unrelated invoice. Use the appropriate payment or purchase action and verify its completed result.
