Existing customers with an eligible hosting service can use the new management experience and the AI Engineer made available for that product. You do not need to assume that you must buy another identical hosting account simply to look for the new tools. Start by signing in to your client area and opening your current service.

01 Open the workspace for your existing product
For general Web Hosting, go to your services list, select the hosting account and open its Account Manager. That is the appropriate place to find the Hosting AI Engineer and the account's available management tools. For NabWP, open the WordPress management experience for your WordPress hosting service and choose the intended website before using the WordPress AI Engineer. Selecting the right service matters when you have more than one account or website.
02 Check the daily allowance for the correct Engineer
Our current offer gives 5 free daily credits for each eligible hosting service and its relevant Engineer. This is a daily allowance, not a one-time five-credit welcome gift and not a guarantee of five completed repairs. Check the balance shown for your service before starting work. Existing customers should not assume that a separate signup promotion applies automatically to every old order; any promotional eligibility needs to be checked against the actual offer.
03 Get help with missing tools or a product change
If a management option or Engineer is missing, confirm that you are signed in to the correct customer account and have selected an active, relevant service. Tool availability can depend on the product, provider and settings enabled for that service. Contact us with its name or reference and describe what you can see.
The new workspace does not by itself migrate a Web Hosting subscription into NabWP. If you want to change products, ask us to assess the website and arrange the appropriate move so its data, email and billing are handled deliberately.
04 Example: find the new tools on an existing account
You already host example.com with us and have received the announcement about the new management tools. Start with that existing service rather than placing another order.
- Sign in to the customer account that owns the hosting and open My Services.
- Select the active service for
example.com. - For general hosting, look for Manage Account. For the appropriate WordPress service, use Manage WordPress.
- Open the relevant Engineer and review its displayed allowance.
If a colleague can view the service but cannot manage it, have the account owner review their management access. If the expected control is still absent, provide support with the service reference and visible message.
Expected result: you reach the workspace supplied with the existing product, without duplicating the hosting subscription.
Why might an existing customer not see the new management tools?
- Open the existing service through My Services rather than a bookmarked manager URL for another account.
- Look for Manage Account on general hosting or Manage WordPress on the appropriate WordPress service.
- If the service is suspended, still installing or awaiting required information, resolve that service state before expecting its management actions to work.
A delegated user may have permission to view products without permission to manage them or use one-click login. Ask the account owner to review the appropriate access when a colleague sees fewer controls. Share the visible error and service reference with support, without copying passwords or private login links.
