Using the Hosting AI Engineer for account management and technical work

Our Hosting AI Engineer brings practical technical assistance into the Account Manager for your Nabtech Web Hosting service. You describe a problem or a change in ordinary language, and the Engineer can investigate the selected account, explain what it finds, and use the available hosting tools to carry out supported work. This connects the conversation to the website and hosting account you actually manage.

What can the Hosting AI Engineer help me do?

Its available tools can cover website files, domains, DNS, email, databases, PHP settings, SSL, scheduled tasks, logs, backups, security features, and applications. Where account-level terminal access is enabled, it can also use commands and scripts to investigate problems or support development. The exact actions depend on your hosting plan, permissions, and the tools enabled for that service.

For example, you could ask why a page returns an error after a PHP change, request an investigation into a contact form that stopped sending, or ask for help implementing a small application feature. The Engineer can inspect the relevant evidence, identify a likely cause, propose a targeted change, and check the result. Some problems require several exchanges, additional information, or help from our support team.

01 Choose a useful first investigation

  • A page error: identify the affected URL, the visible error and the most recent PHP or application change.
  • A failed enquiry: describe the form submission and whether a confirmation or email is missing.
  • A small improvement: state the desired behaviour and which existing functions must keep working.

Ask the Engineer to inspect the evidence and explain its proposed action before editing. It works within the selected hosting account; a task requiring unavailable server privileges should be assessed by support.

02 Start work in the Hosting Engineer

  1. Select the Web Hosting service, open Manage Account and then its AI Engineer.
  2. Describe one technical outcome, the affected domain and the recent change that may have triggered the issue. Ask for inspection before modification.
  3. Read the proposed action and use Go ahead only when its scope matches the request. Verify the customer function after the tool reports completion.

Use ordinary manual account tools for tasks that the Engineer does not expose. Its available operation list is filtered by the selected service and permissions; it is not a substitute for every control-panel operation or a route to bypass a restricted action.
