You open the appropriate AI Engineer from your client area after selecting the service you want to work on. Always check the service name and website before starting. This matters if your account contains several domains, multiple hosting services, or both Web Hosting and NabWP Managed WordPress Hosting.

01 Open the correct management workspace
- Web Hosting. For Nabtech Web Hosting, sign in and open your hosting services. Select the relevant hosting service, open its Account Manager, and choose the Hosting AI Engineer. Starting from the service list helps you reach the workspace belonging to the correct account instead of relying on a link copied from a different service.
- NabWP Managed WordPress. For NabWP, open the WordPress Manager for your managed WordPress service and select the affected website before opening its AI Engineer. You can open your managed website list and select the intended NabWP website. For a general Web Hosting account, use the services-list route above.
02 Start with a focused inspection
For your first session, leave approval controls enabled and ask for a focused inspection. A useful opening request is:
Review the error affecting this website, explain what you find, and show me the proposed fix before changing anything.
Include the affected page, the visible error, and any recent change you know about.
03 Follow progress or get help with access
Read the progress updates and respond if the Engineer needs approval or more information. If the workspace is missing, unavailable, or attached to an unexpected service, contact us with the service name and the message you see. Avoid sending account passwords or private keys. We can check access and feature availability without asking you to expose those details in an ordinary chat.
04 Example: start with a focused first inspection
You are opening the Hosting AI Engineer for the first time. The website works, but you want to understand why one contact page is failing before making a change.
- Open the relevant Web Hosting service and its Account Manager.
- Choose the Hosting AI Engineer and check the selected domain.
- Enter the following request in Ask the engineer, replacing the example address.
Inspect the enquiry form at https://example.com/contact.
Submitting it shows an error instead of a confirmation.
Explain the likely cause and show the proposed change first.
Ask for approval before editing the live website.
Read the findings and use See the change where supplied. Select Go ahead only after reviewing the waiting work.
Expected result: the session starts with a clear problem and an explicit approval point.
How do I use the AI Engineer chat and session controls?
- Enter a concise task in Ask the engineer after checking the selected service or website.
- When a proposal appears, review See the change where provided. Choose Go ahead to authorise the waiting work or Don't to decline it.
- If a session pauses with a continuation option, review the latest completed step before continuing the existing work.
Starting a new chat does not reverse previous changes or renew the daily allowance. Keep the activity record and a short summary when you need to pause. If you cannot see the workspace, check the active service and your account-management permissions before sharing the exact error with support.
