A NordVPN subscription protects the connection between a supported device and the VPN service. Activate the entitlement attached to your order before installing or buying another subscription. The current Nabtech VPN catalogue names NordVPN; older instructions for other VPN brands do not describe this service.

01 Find the activation information
Open your completed order or active service in the client area and review the delivery instructions. Depending on the product, you may receive an activation code or another entitlement process. Keep codes private and use the official Nord Account destination supplied by the vendor.
- Sign in to the Nord Account you intend to use, or create one with an email address you control. Check the address before redeeming the entitlement.
- If your delivery includes a code, use the official activation-code process. Enter the code exactly and review the subscription being activated.
- Complete any required account verification. Store recovery information securely and enable the account security options available to you.
- Confirm the subscription is visible in the account and review its expiry or renewal details. A Nabtech invoice and a separate direct-vendor subscription can have different billing arrangements.
- Download the application for your device from the official vendor site or recognised app store. Avoid search advertisements that imitate a login or download page.
- Sign in, allow the operating-system permissions needed for a VPN connection, and connect to a suitable server.
02 Verify the connection
Check that the app reports a successful connection and open a normal HTTPS website. Test the business applications you rely on. Some services apply additional verification when your apparent network location changes, and an organisation may restrict VPN access.
What should I check if my NordVPN activation fails?
Recheck the code, account and order status. Do not repeatedly create new accounts or publish the code in a support screenshot. Provide us with your order reference and the exact non-secret error message; the full code should only be supplied through an appropriate private support process if requested.
A VPN does not replace antivirus updates, strong passwords or careful handling of phishing messages. It also does not supply web hosting, a website SSL certificate or a private server for your application.
