Yes. You can use the Nabtech reseller portal for permitted domain orders and management without running your own WHMCS installation. A billing-platform connector or custom API integration becomes useful when you want your own storefront to automate those tasks.

01 Start with the portal
After your reseller account is activated, sign in to the client area and open the reseller workspace. Review Pricing, Wallet, Orders and Domains. The available TLDs, prices, funding and actions are determined by your current account offer.
- Confirm your company and contact information.
- Read the current catalogue and compare registration, transfer and renewal terms.
- Fund the balance used for reseller purchases through the supported account workflow.
- Submit a controlled order and follow it to completion.
- Keep the customer's retail payment and your upstream reseller operation linked in your own records.
02 Choose automation when needed
The current Domain Nexus package includes connectors for WHMCS, HostBill, Blesta and FOSSBilling. Install only a release published to your account and follow its platform-specific instructions. The credential forms differ between platforms, so one connector's API key should not be pasted into another's HMAC-secret field.
You can also build a custom integration using the current v2 API. Begin with authentication, account capabilities and read-only requests, then add order state, idempotency and registry requirement handling before live automation.
03 Understand your responsibilities
Using the portal does not provide a complete retail billing system for your customers. You remain responsible for your customer agreements, invoicing, renewal reminders, support process and accurate registrant data according to the applicable arrangement.
Do not register a customer's domain in an unrelated person's name merely because you place the order manually. Confirm the authorised registrant and preserve access and renewal records.
What can I do if there is no connector for my billing platform?
If your billing platform has no published connector, use the portal or evaluate a custom API integration. Do not install an old DomainsReseller module as a fallback; our current service uses Domain Nexus exclusively.
Ask support about your intended workflow, platform version and required operations. That allows compatibility to be assessed without promising an unverified native module.
