Getting started with Nabtech Web Hosting

Your built-in Account Manager brings the available tools into your client area. You can open the relevant service, check its usage, work on everyday hosting tasks and access cPanel when you need its familiar interfaces. The Hosting AI Engineer adds a conversational way to investigate problems and develop improvements. For example, you can describe a broken PHP page, ask it to inspect the relevant logs and files, review its proposed repair and follow the result. Its actions remain limited to the access and tools available for your service.

A consulting business needs a homepage, a services page, a contact form and a mailbox at [email protected]. Use the hosting workspace to complete those connected tasks in a sensible order.

1. Open My Services, select the active Web Hosting service and choose Manage Account.
2. Confirm the primary domain and package information match the order.
3. Upload or install the website in the intended location and connect its required database if applicable.
4. Create the business mailbox where email is included and verify incoming and outgoing messages.
5. Check the public pages over HTTPS, submit the form and review the account's backup options.

Expected result: visitors can read the site and send a real enquiry. The website, mailbox and management workspace all belong to the service you intended to launch.

Web Hosting can run WordPress where the account meets its requirements, but purchasing general hosting does not automatically turn the service into NabWP Managed WordPress Hosting. NabWP is our separate WordPress product with a dedicated WordPress Manager and WordPress AI Engineer. Choose based on the applications you intend to run and the management experience you want.

1. Before ordering, list your websites, storage needs, email requirements and any special software dependencies.
2. Compare those needs with the selected package and ask us about anything essential that is not clearly listed.

A small brochure website and a busy application with background jobs can require very different resources even when they contain a similar number of pages.

1. Open My Services and select the active Web Hosting service. Use Manage Account to reach its workspace; Product & billing contains the associated service information where that layout is enabled.
2. Check the primary domain, package and resource information before adding data. Make sure you are working on the service that will receive the website.
3. Set up the required domain, database and email resources, then verify the website over HTTPS before sharing the address.

Keep the website administrator login separate from your Nabtech client login. Inviting another person to help with one application should not require giving them control of every service and invoice in your account.
