01 Check the correct service and its visible balance
Open the Engineer for the service you want to manage and check the allowance displayed there before starting work. The product and workspace matter: access to one hosting product should not be treated as proof that every Engineer or every tool is enabled on your account. If you have more than one service, select the correct service before interpreting its displayed usage information.
02 Understand what five daily credits measure
Five credits describe an AI usage allowance. They do not promise five completed repairs, five conversations, or five websites built. A technical task can involve several rounds of investigation, planning, execution, and verification. The work possible within an allowance therefore depends on the task and the AI activity it requires.
A practical way to try the daily allowance is to choose one clearly defined goal, provide useful context, and ask the Engineer to inspect before making changes. Examples include reviewing a reported error or investigating one slow page. Keep important changes subject to approval and check the result when work is complete.
03 Resolve a missing or unexpected allowance
Use the actual balance and notices in your workspace to plan further work. If your expected daily allowance is missing or appears inconsistent, contact us with the service name and the message shown. Do not assume that allowances can be combined, transferred, or increased by opening another chat.
04 Example: understand one shared NabWP allowance
Your NabWP service contains two WordPress websites. At the start of a UTC day, its workspace shows the eligible five-credit free allowance. After using the website builder, the displayed remaining allowance is three.

Expected result: you plan the next task using the balance actually displayed. Three remaining credits describe available AI usage, not a guarantee that three repairs or three complete websites can be finished.
How is the daily AI allowance shared within a service?
- Select the relevant hosting service and read its displayed free allowance and any purchased credit balance.
- For NabWP, remember that the WordPress builder, writing tools and WordPress Engineer use the same service-level daily allowance.
- If several WordPress websites belong to one service, check the shared remaining allowance before starting another build or investigation.
Our offer is five free daily AI credits for each eligible service and its relevant Engineer experience. It is not five new allowances for separate buttons, websites or chats within that service. The service daily counter follows the UTC date; paid token-metered credits are a separate balance.
