An email group sends mail addressed to one group address to several recipients. It is suitable for a small team address, while a moderated subscription list needs a mailing-list service with its own controls.

Check access and requirements
List the intended recipients and check that none routes back to the new group. Confirm local email delivery is enabled for this domain and that forwarding to external recipients is appropriate for your mail policy.
01 Create a SiteWorx email group for several recipients
- Open Hosting Features > Email > Groups and select Add an Email Group.
- Choose the correct domain and enter the group address, such as a team address. Avoid an existing mailbox, alias or other address with a conflicting purpose.
- Enter the intended destination addresses in Forwards To using the form’s accepted format. Check every address for spelling and duplication.
- Save the group and send a small test message from an external account. Confirm each intended recipient receives one copy.
- Review delivery responses and keep the membership list current. Edit the group when a team member leaves rather than leaving an external destination active indefinitely.
Confirm the expected result
The group should distribute to the selected recipients without a loop or repeated messages. Replies follow the message’s normal reply headers, so test how your team will respond.
Resolve setup problems
An external recipient may reject a forwarded message because of authentication or anti-spam checks. Keep the bounce details and ask for delivery analysis; adding an unrelated SPF record does not make every forwarded message valid.
Does the group have its own inbox password?
A forwarding group distributes messages. If your team needs shared retained mail, sent-message history or individual access auditing, choose an appropriate shared-mailbox workflow instead.
