Reseller branding can present your business name, logo and support contact within the permitted cPanel experience. It changes customer-facing presentation without granting ownership of the server or altering its security identity.

What you need before you begin
Prepare properly sized logo assets and reliable HTTPS support links. Check the reseller’s available Customization controls and avoid promises that conflict with the actual hosting service.
01 Apply reseller contact details and branding without changing server ownership
- Open Customization in WHM under the authorised reseller identity. Review the settings available for the installed theme.
- Enter the intended business name and supported branding assets. Preview their appearance against the theme’s backgrounds and at smaller screen sizes.
- Set public contact and help links to monitored destinations. Keep customer support details separate from confidential administrator alerts.
- Save and open a test customer’s cPanel session to verify the reseller-owned experience. Check login or default-page branding separately where relevant.
- Document the original values and update assets when the business identity changes. Keep old support URLs working during a transition.
Confirm the expected result
Customers under the relevant reseller should see clear, working branding and support routes. Check that images use secure URLs and that text remains readable when an image cannot load.
Troubleshoot unexpected results
If a setting is unavailable, it can depend on theme, privileges or server policy. Do not edit vendor interface files directly because upgrades can overwrite changes. Branding does not change certificates, server hostname, registrar details or the provider’s underlying infrastructure.
Can I hide every reference to the server provider?
Do not assume complete white labelling. Technical hostnames, certificates, error messages and service integrations can have their own identities. Use the supported branding controls and describe the service accurately.
