Use this guide when your Nabtech service specifies Windows hosting with Plesk. Your computer can run Windows, macOS or Linux; the server platform matters because it determines which website software and server settings you can use.

01 Prepare the website and domain
Have your service details, domain name, website files and any database export ready. Check the application's supported runtime and database engine. A PHP website, an ASP.NET Framework application and an ASP.NET Core application can need different components, even though all might be described as websites.
- Sign in to our client area, open the Windows hosting service and use its Plesk access option. Check that the subscription and domain shown are the intended ones.
- In Websites & Domains, select the website. Review its hosting settings and document root. Upload published website files to that directory using File Manager or the secure transfer details supplied with the service.
- If the application uses a database, create the supported database and a dedicated database user. Import its data and update the application's connection settings. Keep credentials out of publicly downloadable files.
- Select the available PHP or ASP.NET settings required by the application. Ask support to confirm missing runtimes instead of selecting a different version at random.
- Preview the website before changing public DNS. If you already have a live site, keep the previous service available until the replacement is verified.
- Point the domain to the address supplied for this service, preserving existing email records when email remains elsewhere. Issue or install the appropriate certificate, then enable HTTPS redirection.
02 Confirm the complete journey
Test the home page, an internal page, images, login, contact form and a database-dependent action. Open the site on a phone as well as a desktop. A working home page does not prove that application routes, uploads or outgoing email work.
What should I do if a Windows hosting feature is missing?
Check the selected subscription, document root and enabled hosting features first. A missing database option or runtime can indicate a plan or platform restriction. Send support the domain, expected runtime, exact error and time of failure. Do not share database passwords in a public screenshot. Plesk for Windows uses IIS, so Apache .htaccess instructions are not the right way to repair its routing.
