Our built-in Account Manager brings the everyday controls for your Web Hosting service into your client area. Depending on the tools enabled for your account, you can manage websites and domains, email accounts, DNS records, files, databases, PHP settings, SSL certificates, scheduled tasks, backups and development tools. You can also inspect account usage and troubleshooting information, and open the Hosting AI Engineer for help with work inside that hosting account.

01 Open the correct hosting workspace
- Sign in and open your hosting services.
- Select the Web Hosting service you want to manage.
- Open the Account Manager for that service and check the domain or resource you intend to work on.
Selecting the correct service matters if you have several hosting packages. A domain or mailbox belonging to one service will not necessarily appear under another. The controls act on the selected hosting account, so always check the domain or resource name before confirming a change.
02 Choose the next task for your website
- For a new business website, check the domain connection, upload or install the website, confirm HTTPS, create your business mailbox, and review the backup options.
- For an established website, begin with its current status, usage and error information before changing settings. This gives you evidence about what needs attention and reduces unnecessary changes.
The Account Manager reflects your package and the capabilities available on its hosting server. A missing tool does not automatically mean that your account is broken; the feature may require an enabled service, a particular package or a different management screen. cPanel remains available for supported accounts, including tasks you prefer to complete there. Our Account Manager is the general Web Hosting workspace. NabWP Managed WordPress has its own WordPress-focused management experience and should be selected as a separate product.
03 Example: work on the correct hosting account
Your client area contains services for example.com and example.net. You need to review the mailbox for [email protected], so the selected service determines which resources you should see.
- Open My Services and select the active service for
example.net. - Choose Manage Account and confirm its domain information.
- Open the Email group in the sidebar and select the enabled mailbox tool.
- Locate the complete address
[email protected]before opening its settings. - After an authorised change, refresh the list and test the mailbox through its normal access route.
Expected result: the work applies to the intended mailbox. A missing resource under the other service is a reason to check the selected account, not to create a duplicate mailbox.
How do I verify an Account Manager action?
- Open My Services, select the intended active service and use Manage Account.
- Use the grouped sidebar, such as Domains, Email, Files, Databases & development, Security or Metrics, to reach an enabled tool.
- Check the resource name before saving, then refresh its list and verify the application result after the action completes.
A service can permit viewing information while account changes are paused. A colleague may also lack management or single-sign-on permission. Share the exact access message with us instead of assuming a missing button means that every account feature is unavailable.
