OX App Suite is the professional-email service available through us. It provides a separate email workspace for your business domain. Website hosting, domain registration and mailbox hosting can be with different providers, so first identify which system currently receives your mail.

01 Prepare without interrupting existing mail
Have access to the Nabtech email service and the domain's authoritative DNS provider. List every mailbox, alias, group and forwarding address you need. If mail is already active elsewhere, plan its migration before replacing MX records. DNS changes direct future mail; they do not transfer old messages.
- Open the OX App Suite service in our client area. Confirm the domain, purchased mailbox quantity and package. Productivity and storage features depend on the selected edition.
- Create the required users using the service's mailbox-management controls. Use distinct strong passwords and record each user's full email address. An alias is not necessarily an independently licensed mailbox.
- Open the supplied webmail link and sign in to a test mailbox. Verify that the account exists before changing public mail routing.
- Obtain the exact DNS records shown for this service. Publish its MX records at the authoritative DNS provider, replacing old mail-routing records only when the migration plan is ready.
- Configure the supplied SPF and DKIM records. If other systems also send mail for the domain, incorporate their authorised sending arrangements rather than publishing conflicting SPF records.
- Send a message to an external account and reply back. Check the recipient, sender identity and authentication results. Then repeat with another mailbox before onboarding the full team.
02 Finish the business setup
Set display names, signatures and any required aliases or vacation responses. Confirm the correct mailbox size in the service details instead of relying on an old marketing figure. Give each user the approved webmail and client-configuration instructions, not an administrator's credentials.
What should I check if new OX mailboxes do not receive mail?
Check the public MX records and confirm the recipient mailbox exists. Look for conflicting old MX records and mail that is still reaching the former provider. Keep the previous mail service active during the agreed transition window. If an account cannot be created, check the purchased user capacity and service status before retrying.
