Using cPanel alongside the Nabtech Account Manager

web-hosting, cpanel-whm

Our new Account Manager gives you a convenient way to work from your client area, while cPanel remains available on our cPanel-based Web Hosting services. You can use the Account Manager for everyday actions and open cPanel when you prefer its familiar interface or need a feature that is presented there. Both interfaces work with the same hosting account, so you do not need to create a second website or duplicate your email accounts.

cPanel

cPanel remains available alongside our Account Manager for supported Web Hosting services.

01 Open the appropriate control panel

  1. To reach the correct account, sign in at your hosting services and select your Web Hosting service.
  2. Open the Account Manager or use the cPanel access option provided for that service.
  3. If you own several packages, confirm the service domain before making changes.

Access to one hosting account does not automatically include your other accounts.

02 Keep changes consistent across both interfaces

For example, you might create a mailbox in the Account Manager, configure an application using a cPanel tool, and return to the Account Manager to check the service. Changes should be reflected in the underlying account, although a screen may need refreshing before it shows a recent update. Avoid editing the same resource in two open interfaces at once, since an older form can contain outdated values.

The available cPanel features still depend on your package and server configuration. cPanel access is account administration, not unrestricted server administration or root access. It does not allow you to alter other customers' accounts or install arbitrary server services. If a needed tool is absent or a login fails, tell us which service and feature you are trying to use, together with the visible error. This helps us distinguish an access problem from a package limitation without requesting sensitive login details in ordinary chat.

What should I check when using one-click cPanel login?

  1. Start from the correct hosting service and select the available cPanel or One Click Login action.
  2. Complete any required client-account authentication and confirm the cPanel domain before editing.
  3. Close the control-panel session on a shared computer and avoid sharing a generated login URL with another person.

One-click login is an account access capability, not a public link. A delegated user may have product-view access without the single-sign-on permission. Ask the account owner to assign the appropriate access rather than circulating a main account password.
