Our NabWP plans advertise premium WordPress themes, and the WordPress Manager can provide designs or plugins from the library enabled for your service. The actual items available should be checked in your plan and workspace. Access to a theme collection does not mean that every commercial theme, premium plugin or external service on the market is included.

01 Confirm the included library and licence arrangements
When choosing an item from the available library, review what it provides and whether it needs further activation or configuration. A hosting-provided design and a separately purchased vendor subscription can have different update, support and usage arrangements. Ask us about the specific item if you need to know whether a licence key is supplied or whether use is tied to an active hosting service.
You can use your own compatible WordPress software through the installation methods available to your site, including supported plugin upload controls or WordPress admin. Obtain the software from an authorised source and use the licence according to the vendor's terms. Keep purchase and renewal information in your own records, and enter licence details only through the appropriate secure controls.
02 Check compatibility, updates and vendor entitlement
Installation and licensing are separate from compatibility. A paid extension may require a particular PHP version, another plugin, an external account or additional resources. Test it on staging where available and verify the features your website depends on before making a significant live change. Check how updates will be delivered so that the installation remains maintainable.
If a premium feature is locked or an update fails, note the product name, version and exact message. Our team can help distinguish a hosting or installation problem from a vendor entitlement issue. We do not promise to provide an otherwise unpurchased licence or make every third-party extension compatible. Clarifying the actual requirement first avoids buying or activating software that does not fit your project.
How do I confirm access to a premium theme or plugin feature?
- Check the actual theme or plugin library available to the selected service.
- For separately purchased software, verify its vendor licence, site allowance, activation method and renewal arrangement.
- Test compatibility and update delivery before making it essential to a live business workflow.
Access to a hosting-provided design collection does not grant every commercial extension or external subscription. A locked feature or failed update may involve a vendor entitlement rather than hosting failure. Provide the product name and exact message so the issue can be directed to the appropriate support route.
