Checking account benefits, discounts and eligible offers

account-help

The benefits available to your Nabtech account depend on the current offer and the products you hold. Check the price and terms shown for the actual order or renewal. An old knowledgebase description of an account tier does not establish a permanent discount or an entitlement on every service.

01 Check an offer before using it

  1. Sign in to the account that owns the service. Review any current offer in the client area or the official product page.
  2. Identify the eligible product, billing period and customer conditions. A new-service promotion may differ from a renewal or upgrade offer.
  3. Open the relevant order or invoice and review the final amount before paying. Check whether an offer applies only to the first term or continues on later renewals.
  4. If a code is supplied, enter it in the supported checkout field and confirm the calculation. Do not assume multiple promotions can be combined.
  5. Keep the order confirmation and the offer terms that applied when you purchased. They are more useful for a billing review than an undated screenshot of an old article.

If the expected benefit is missing

Send billing support the account or service reference, the offer link and the result you expected. Explain whether the issue concerns a new purchase, upgrade or renewal. Avoid placing a duplicate order simply to test a discount, especially when a service is already active.

How should I budget for renewal?

Use the recurring amount and next due date shown for the service, together with any applicable formal terms. Review separate items such as domains, certificates, software licences and third-party add-ons, because a hosting promotion may not cover them.

If account benefits change or an old tier label remains visible, ask us to confirm the current entitlement before relying on it for a customer quotation or long-term commitment. Do not infer unlimited support, priority resolution, free migrations or lifetime pricing from a tier name alone.
